This assessment has been designed specifically for technology professionals that would like to measure how they rank in relation to these 5 main tech leadership skills: Collaboration, Communication, Argumentation, Self-improvement, and Empathy.

Over the past 15 years, I've realised that tech leaders should, at least, be able to:collaborate with tech and non-tech stakeholders, communicate simply complicated technical concepts, convince and influence peers and managers, learn on their own and continue to grow, and show empathy towards users and business teams
